By submitting classifieds, link
info or payment
to us, you agree to these terms and
conditions.
I. SITES MUST BE LIVE
- Please wait until your site is
officially open to visitors before submitting your link.
II. RIGHT OF REFUSAL
AND LIMITATIONS - We reserve the right to refuse,
limit in scope, or edit any link submission
for any reason. We may give you the opportunity to remedy any problem we
may have with your submission, or we may simply refuse to accept your
link and/or refund your money.
III. NOT ACCEPTED - Any link not related in some way to radio broadcasting, webcasting,
or to a service that a working broadcast professional might find useful
in their work or in seeking to enhance their career, with the
exception of travel related links, will not be accepted. If you are a mobile DJ, club DJ,
or offer "work at home" schemes like stuffing
envelopes, please do not submit your link. No slight or offense
intended, this just isn't the place for you.
IV. RIGHT OF PLACEMENT - Although we
usually add links to the page requested, we reserve the right to final determination of where your link
should be listed. For example, if you're primarily a webcaster and you
request we post your link on the "air talent-radio shows" page,
guess where we're putting it instead? The primary focus of your
site is the determining factor. You have more leeway with a paid
link order, though restrictions still apply at our discretion. Check our "new
links" page within a few days to see when and where your link
was posted. It can take up to seven days for free links to appear. Paid
links get priority attention and are usually posted within 24 hours.
V. NO AUTOMATIC RECHARGE -
Paid listing term is for 12 months, with no
automatic recharge. We will notify you
several days in advance that your paid
submission is about to expire, providing you with an opportunity to renew at
prevailing rates. If you do not renew, your link will be deleted. You may resubmit a request for a
free or
paid link posting at any
time.
VI. LIABILITY AND COPY CHANGES
- Our
liability to you is limited to correcting any errors we make in
posting your paid listing. There is no other warranty express or
implied. We will correct errors you made in your
submission to us or otherwise alter your copy at your request up to
three times at no additional charge. After three changes, there is a $15
fee. However, in the event this fee is charged to you, we will then
extend your paid listing by one year from the date of the new charge.
VII. NO SERVICE GUARANTEES - Though
we do all we can to keep this
site up and running and your listing visible and available at all times,
we cannot be responsible for delays in transmission, service outages, etc.
We do not warrant that this site will remain on line in perpetuity.
We have been online since 1994, and we plan to be around for a long
time to come. But there are no guarantees in this regard, and
no refunds beyond what is stated in paragraph VIII below.
VIII. REFUND POLICY - We will
fully
refund any advance fee paid if your submission is rejected by us. We're sorry, but there are no refunds
for any other
reason.
Ads must in some way be related to
broadcasting or be of particular interest to broadcasters.
Simple text ads of 75-100 words
offering further information through an e-mail/snail mail
address/phone number are free to employers and jobseekers, and will
remain online for up to 30 days.
Lengthier ads may be
accepted from time to time, but if you're seeking employment, it
benefits you to keep it short and to the point.
Potential employers
are quickly scanning ads for key words and facts. If you pique their
interest and they want more information after reading your ad, they will
ask for it.
Ads may be re-submitted after initial run
if necessary.
We retain the right
to edit ads for length and clarity.
